arrive anytime. rooms will be ready for check-in by 3pm.

welcome party

the fun begins! after you get settled, join us on the tavern deck at 5:30pm for happy hour and dinner.

the merriment will continue with toasts, live bluegrass music, and a little dancing until 9pm.

afterglow

at dusk we will light campfires to gather around, meet new friends, and share old stories.

breakfast

get the day started with espresso and pastries at the captain whidbey general store.

morning yoga

start the day with an hour of gentle yoga led by local studio soulshine & reiki at 9am in the wellness center.

daytime

let’s hang out! spend the day on property with us playing lawn games and relaxing, head out to explore around whidbey island, or do a bit of both.

ceremony

our ceremony will be at 4pm, either on the inn’s lagoon lawn or indoors, depending on the weather.

cocktail hour

once the i do’s are done, we’ll have celebratory cheers on the tavern deck. maybe a toast or two.

dinner & dancing

around 6pm, we’ll head inside the restaurant for dinner, drinks, and revelry. once the music starts, we’ll head out under the lights to groove the night away.

morning

coffee. hugs. fireside goodbyes. come and get ‘em in the lobby until checkout at 11am.

journey home

enjoy one last ferry crossing, or stay and explore the island some more.
